Rollback a Published Service

Rolling back a published service allows you to revert it to a known good version when changes introduce issues.

Note that history versions do not contains Service Runtime Configurations. The current value of them will keep the same.

You cannot rollback to a version that has never been published on the gateway group but published on other gateway groups.

Prerequisites

1. Obtain a user account with Super Admin or API Provider or Runtime Admin role.
2. Publish a service.

Rollback Service as API Provider

1. Select Services from the side navigation bar.
2. Click View History Versions under the Swagger Petstore service.
3. Choose version 1.0.0 and then click Rollback.
4. Enter the service name and then click Rollback.

Rollback Service as Runtime Admin

1. Select Gateway Groups from the side navigation bar and then click Test Group.
2. Select Published Services from the side navigation bar.
3. Expand the history versions of service Swagger Petstore.
4. Choose version 1.0.0 and then click Rollback.
5. Enter the service name and then click Rollback.
